Less than five (5) years after this picture was taken, I was knitting on my first pair of needles given to me by my big sister and I have been knitting almost every day of my life ever since.
I have knitted almost anything you could imagine; blankets, sweaters, shawls, washcloths, hats, socks, and now doll clothes. Over the years my projects have gotten smaller and smaller.
In 1999, I decided to take a break from knitting and do some plastic canvas work.
I made a dollhouse.
After this house was finished, I started making Barbie clothes for the dolls that I wanted to display in the home. I started buying beautiful and unique Barbie dolls whenever possible.
In 2015, a friend of mine gave me a Curvy Barbie for my birthday and challenged me to make something for her; until this time most of my dolls were the Classic size Barbies.
Surfing the internet one day I saw a model wearing a black Off-the-Shoulder Coat Dress with gold buttons and I said,
“I can make that for Barbie!”
I designed the dress for the Petite, Classic, Tall, and Curvy size Barbies and made one for each doll. My dolls wore it better!!

The shop is tailored towards the adult collector who still enjoys displaying their Barbie dolls and likes high quality, high fashion clothing for their doll. We are not youngsters anymore and neither is our taste, so why should our dolls be dressed in teenybopper clothes and look immature?
